Getting to Key West
Nearby Airports
EYW – Key West International Airport is a small airport right on the island. American Airlines, Delta, United, jetBlue, and Allegiant air all serve this airport.
MIA – Miami International Airport has more direct flight options, but is around a 3-3.5 hour drive through the keys to arrive in Key West. It is a beautiful drive if you want to take the scenic route!
Getting Around The Island
There are Ubers and taxis on the island, or rental cars are available at EYW. See more about hotel shuttles under the lodging section to the right as well.
The island is only about 1 mile wide and 4 miles long, so nothing is very far, but if you are staying outside of the Duval area or away from the Reach Resort where the wedding festivities are taking place, other parts of town are not very walkable.
Lodging Options
The Reach Resort by Hilton
We have a special rate available for guests staying at The Reach. You can use this link!
If booking on the Hilton site or on the mobile app, you can use code ZZPASH.
Beachside Resort by Marriott
We have a room block here, they would be a great option for larger groups traveling together! Rooms start at $299/night for a standard room, a one bedroom suite for $399/night, a two bedroom suite for $599/night, up to $899/night for a three bedroom condo.
To book use this link: https://forms.gle/6UuDgi3u7zbai2Ht7
You will need to give the group name and dates and what room type you want, they will create the reservation and send you a confirmation number. Or you can book directly by calling Kate at 305-402-4365.
Other Lodging Options
In our travels to Key West we have also stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, and Doubletree and would recommend any of them as well!
Many of the hotels on the island offer shuttles to/from the airport and downtown to Duval street so those are great options! We know the Doubletree has a shuttle, and the Hilton Garden Inn did as well. We recommend calling the hotels to confirm shuttle availability in case things have changed since our last visit!

The Reach Key West
1435 Simonton St, Key West, FL 33040
What Is The Dress Code For the Wedding?
Cocktail or Beach Formal Attire
Here are some options, but please wear what you feel your best in!
For ladies, light and breezy fabrics like linen or cotton. Maxi dresses, midi dresses, or knee-length dresses are all appropriate. Jumpsuits or dressy separates are also great options! Bright colors and fun prints welcome!
For gentlemen, suits in lighter colors and fabrics would be appropriate. Slacks with a button down shirt are another option. Ties are optional.
Please no shorts, denim, or flip flops.
Is there parking?
The Reach Resort has valet parking, or there is street parking and paid surface lots nearby.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
We are so excited to celebrate with our family and friends! However, due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend.
am i allowed to bring my children?
Although we adore your children, we are unable to accommodate guests under age 16. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.
What will the weather be like?
In Key West in April the average high is 82ºF and the average low is 72ºF. It is generally sunny and breezy this time of year. We do recommend bringing plenty of sunscreen for the weekend, it is easy to get sunburnt in the Keys!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be in the gazebo over the water, so it will be outdoors but under a roof.
The reception will be indoor/outdoor in the ballroom and on the terrace overlooking the beach.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! We will collect more information about this when we send the invitations.
I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
Please reach out to Joel, Shannon, or Rhonda!
